Dr. Hamad Al Jaber graduated in 1997 from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). He have Bachelors's degree in Medicine, Surgery, and Obstetrics.

Dr. Hamad Al Jaber started his career right after graduation in Ireland. He worked in Hamad Medical Corporation as an intern from 1997 to 1998. In 1998, he became a resident doctor.

In 2001, Dr. Hamad got married to Noor Khalifa

Al Maslamani. She works as a Diplomat in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They have five sons. Mohammed, Khalifa, Jaber, Omar, and Majed.
